conferences with the owner.
- Site
examination including a topographical study of the terrain
and an analysis of the architecture of the buildings
involved.
- Preparation
of preliminary landscape and construction studies for the
owner's approval. These designs to be based on individual
needs and designed specifically for the owner's best
advantage aesthetically, functionally, and economically.
- Preliminary
estimates of cost of work.
- Illustrated
drawings of proposed project for loan and/or promotional
purposes. Done only if required.

- Complete
landscape working drawings and specifications shall be
prepared as required concerning all phases of work
including planting, irrigation, lighting and construction.
- Proper
selection of materials for landscaping and construction to
suit owner's particular requirements for the established
budget.
- Developing
final revisions (if any) for approval of the design
documents and specifications of the project.
